With the purchase of the credit you are entitled to the provision of corresponding services by the company, i.e. after full payment the credit is credited to your account and you can call up the service by booking appointments. Please note that you are not entitled to participate on a specific date, i.e. participation can be refused if, for example, the maximum number of participants is exceeded or if the teacher, according to his assessment of your level of training, refuses to let you take part for safety reasons. A booked participation can also be cancelled by the operator in justified cases, e.g. if the minimum number of participants is not reached - the service will then be credited back to your credit account. If you cancel a booked attendance yourself, the service is credited to your credit account only if the cancellation is made in a timely manner before the cancellation deadline. If you cancel after the cancellation deadline has expired, or if you do not attend on the date booked, the service is forfeited. Please also note that a payment of the credit balance - in the sense of a voucher - is generally not possible, provided that the riding establishment offers appropriate services and does not agree a different arrangement. The claim expires after three calendar years.
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have the following right of revocation as a consumer when ordering credit online:
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us - RV Gut Leimershof e.V., Untertriebweg 7, 96120 Bischberg Tel. , - by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exertion of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your revocation of the contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
If you have requested that the services be commenced during the cancellation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation in respect of this contract compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
The right of revocation is excluded according to § 312g BGB for contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
